Delivery times: Monday to Friday, 18:00–22:00

Please place and pay for your order before 16:00 on the day of the order. Indicate your available delivery time in the order notes or inform us by phone to ensure the courier can reach you and deliver the package on time.

Delivery Methods

Package format: Your order will be shipped as a package.

Delivery time: Under normal circumstances, delivery within Germany takes place within 48 hours of shipment (excluding public holidays). Please ensure someone is home within the 48-hour window starting the day after payment; otherwise, you may not receive the package on time.

Tracking: To offer flexibility based on your needs, we partner with three courier companies: DPD, DHL, and UPS. You will receive an email notification when the package is shipped; this email will include the tracking number, which you can use on the respective courier's website: https://www.dpd.com/de/, www.dhl.de (for all-numeric tracking numbers), or www.ups.com (for tracking numbers starting with 1ZAF).

Note: When entering the delivery address (including the recipient's name), please use English format and avoid special characters; otherwise, the delivery details may be incomplete.

For orders outside Germany, we do not recommend purchasing frozen or refrigerated foods due to delivery timeframes.

Germany Delivery Zone

Under €49: DHL / UPS shipping fee is €7.99.
€49 and over: Free shipping via DHL; UPS shipping is only €2.

Denmark Delivery Zone

Under €79: UPS shipping fee is €11.99.
€79 and over: Free shipping via UPS.

European Delivery Zone 1

Applicable countries: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Poland. Orders under €89: UPS shipping fee €11.99.
Orders €89–€118.99: UPS shipping fee only €2.
Orders €119 and above: Free UPS shipping.

Europe Delivery Zone 2

Applicable countries: France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Ireland, Slovenia, Croatia, Slovakia.

Orders under €99: UPS shipping fee €15.99.
Orders €99–€148.99: UPS shipping fee only €2.
Orders €149 and above: Free UPS shipping.

Europe Delivery Zone 3

Applicable countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary.

UPS delivery: €23.99 per parcel (max. 28kg per parcel).

Discount Thresholds and Tax Information

Thresholds for free shipping and discounted rates are calculated based on the post-discount merchandise value; they exclude taxes and shipping fees added at checkout.

Product prices for Germany include tax (no additional product tax at checkout); applicable product tax for other delivery countries will be calculated at checkout.

Parcel Weight and Additional Parcel Fees

Free shipping and discounted rates apply only to the first parcel (≤28kg). Shipping fees for each additional parcel are calculated as follows:

Delivery Scope

We do not deliver to Liechtenstein, the UK (including Northern Ireland), Norway, or Switzerland.

The Azores and Madeira (Portugal), as well as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla (Spain), are excluded from the standard delivery zones listed above. Please contact customer service to confirm delivery to other special regions before placing an order.
