Only within 25 kilometers of the Hamburg warehouse, you can choose to have the goods delivered to your home on the same day.
For orders over 49 euros: delivery fee is 6 euros.
Over 79 euros: free delivery.
Delivery time: Monday to Friday 18:00-22:00

Please place your order before 16:00 on the same day, and indicate the delivery time in the postscript of the order, or contact us by phone to ensure that the delivery staff can contact you to deliver the package on time.

Delivery Service

Only within 25 kilometers of the Hamburg warehouse, and the order amount is over 79€, you can choose the same day delivery of Hamburg.

Please submit orders before 16:00, and indicate the delivery time in the remarks of the order, or contact us by phone to ensure that the package can be received in time on the same day.

If you order fresh vegetables or frozen food, it is guaranteed to be delivered after 18:00-22:00 Monday to Friday.

Shipping Method

By Package: Your order will be shipped in a package that is insured, so you don't have to worry about losing it.

Arriving time: Under normal circumstances, it will arrive within 48 hours after delivery (except public holidays). Please ensure that someone is at home within 48 hours from the next day after payment, otherwise, the package may not be received in time.

Inquiry method: It is convenient for everyone to choose flexibly according to your situation. We have signed contracts with two express companies: DHL and UPS. When the package is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the package number attached, which can be easily checked on the courier website: www.dhl.de (package numbers) or www.ups.com (starting with the package number with 1ZAF).

Tip: When filling in the recipient address (including the name), please be sure to write it in English, without special German characters, otherwise the received email may be incomplete.

For orders outside Germany, it is not recommended to order refrigerated vegetables due to delivery time issues (there are no restrictions on vegetables at room temperature).
