1. Home Delivery (Hamburg Area)

For customers near our Hamburg warehouse:

• Within 20 km: Free delivery for orders over 79 €.

• 20 km to 30 km: Free delivery for orders over 129 €.

• Delivery Hours: Monday to Friday, 18:00 – 22:00.

• Requirements: * Order and payment must be completed by 16:00 on the same day.

  • Please specify your preferred delivery time in the order remarks or call us to ensure the driver can reach you.

2. Parcel Shipping Details

• Shipping Method: Orders are shipped as standard parcels.

• Delivery Time: Within Germany, usually within 48 hours after dispatch (excluding holidays). Please ensure someone is home to receive the package.

• Tracking: We partner with DPD, DHL, and UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email:

  • DPD: www.dpd.com/de/

  • UPS: www.ups.com (IDs starting with 1ZAF...)

• Address Format: Please write your name and address in English/Latin characters only (no special characters).

• Frozen Food: We do not recommend ordering frozen or chilled food for deliveries outside of Germany due to transit times.

3. EU Shipping Rates & Zones

• Overweight: For every additional 28kg, the standard shipping fee of that region applies.

• Other Countries: Please contact customer service for inquiries.
