Return conditions
1. Customers have the right to return the ordered goods within two weeks. In this case, the customer shall bear the return costs. After the goods arrive, we will return your payment or cash coupons of equal value within 7 working days.
2. The returned goods must be kept in the original packaging intact. The goods cannot show signs of use or damage, and customers are required to provide the original purchase receipt or order number.
3. If you find expired goods or damaged packaging, please contact customer service in time. If you need to ask the customer to provide photos, please keep the original information.
4. Regarding gifts, special items are not returnable.

6. We do not refund fresh and frozen products.
7. We do not provide refunds or compensation for delayed delivery of parcels due to uncontrollable factors such as logistics or weather.
