Please place and pay for your order by 16:00 on the day of delivery. When placing your order, please indicate your available delivery time in the "Order Notes" section, or contact us by phone to provide this information. This ensures that our delivery staff can reach you to deliver your package on time.

Shipping Methods

Package Format: Your order will be shipped in the form of a standard package.

Estimated Arrival Time: Under normal circumstances, packages shipped within Germany will arrive within 48 hours of dispatch (excluding public holidays). We strongly recommend ensuring that someone is present at your home during the 48-hour period following the day of payment; otherwise, you may not be able to receive your package in a timely manner.

Tracking Information: To provide you with flexible options tailored to your specific needs, we have partnered with three courier services: DPD, DHL, and UPS. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can easily track your package by visiting the respective courier's website: https://www.dpd.com/de/ | www.dhl.de (for tracking numbers consisting entirely of digits) | www.ups.com (for tracking numbers beginning with "1ZAF").

Important Note: When entering your shipping address (including the recipient's name), please ensure that you use the English alphabet and avoid using any special characters. Failure to do so may result in incomplete or incorrect address information on your shipping label.

For orders shipped outside of Germany, we do not recommend ordering frozen or refrigerated food items due to potential issues regarding delivery transit times. Shipping Destinations
