Returns & Refunds
Asienmarkt has strict requirements when purchasing and selecting suppliers to ensure the formal channels and validity of products.
1 If you find expired products or damaged packaging, please contact customer service in time.
2 Customers have the right to return the ordered goods within two weeks without any reason. In this case, the customer has to bear the cost of returning the goods. We will refund your payment within one week after the goods arrive.
3 Regarding gifts, special offers are non-refundable.
4 Regarding the quantity, customers have the right to raise objections within three days of arrival.
5 For missing or expired or damaged goods we will re-issue in the next order, or put the amount of the out-of-stock goods you put into your account for the next use.
6 For the return and exchange processing, the customer may be required to provide pictures due to needs, so please keep the original data as much as possible.
7 Asienmarkt will not return or compensate for product problems caused by human negligence or improper use.
To refund the customer's bank account, an application needs to be made. This operation generally takes 3-5 days. Please wait patiently. After the refund, the customer will be notified by email.
(For bank transfer customers requesting a refund, please send the bank account information to the customer service mailbox, for PayPal payment, please send the PayPal account to the customer service mailbox, and the payment method will be refunded in the same way)
