    Production steps:

    Prepare the ingredients: Prepare all the main and auxiliary ingredients, wash them and set them aside.
    1. Clean the enoki mushrooms and button mushrooms, and remove the roots.
    2. Wrap enoki mushrooms and other mushrooms with bacon slices. Cut the bacon in half, roll in a small bunch of enoki mushrooms, and arrange them in the shape of firecrackers.
    3. Heat the butter over low heat, then add the wrapped bacon and enoki mushroom rolls and fry until golden brown and crispy.
    4. Add a little light soy sauce and cooking wine, and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
