500g beef cubes, 1 onion (cut into cubes), 2 potatoes (cut into cubes), 1 carrot (cut into cubes)
2-3 curry cubes, appropriate amount of cooking oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of water
Preparation materials: Prepare all the main ingredients and auxiliary ingredients, and cut the beef into pieces
- Wash the beef pieces and cut into pieces and set aside. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into pieces. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
- Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, add ginger slices and beef cubes and fry until both sides are golden brown.
- Add cooking wine and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
- Add enough hot water to cover the beef pieces.

- After stir-frying evenly, cover the pot and simmer over low heat until the beef is cooked and the potatoes are soft and waxy.
- Add the green onions and stir evenly.
- Finally, season with appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly and serve.
