New Year's Eve Dinner Recipe - Festive Fish-Flavored Shredded Pork (Fish-Flavored Shredded Pork)

Main ingredients:

150g pork (tenderloin), wood ear mushrooms , 100g eel or fish fillets (optional), 1 green bell pepper , 1 red bell pepper, 1 carrot, scallions, and garlic as needed.

    Additional ingredients:

    Cornstarch , light soy sauce , cooking wine , vinegar , dark soy sauce , oyster sauce , fermented bean paste , sugar

    Production steps:

    Prepare materials:
    Soak the wood ear mushrooms until softened, and cut all ingredients into strips.

    1. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to the shredded pork, mix well, and marinate for five minutes.

    2. Prepare the sauce: 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, half a tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, half a tablespoon sugar, and a small bowl of water. Stir well.

    3. Heat a pan with a little oil, add minced scallions and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add 1 spoonful of fermented bean paste and stir-fry until the oil turns red. Add shredded meat and stir-fry evenly.

    4. Add chili peppers, carrots, and wood ear mushrooms and stir-fry until combined. Pour in the sauce, stir-fry quickly and evenly until cooked through, then remove from heat and serve.

    Precautions:
    The heat should be moderate, avoiding overcooking or adding too much oil to prevent the food from burning.
    The spiciness and sweetness of shredded pork with garlic sauce can be adjusted according to personal taste.
    Fish meat is optional; you can also add fish-flavored shredded pork seasoning for added convenience.
