New Year’s Eve dinner recipe-Sauerkraut soup with fat beef

Main ingredients:

200g beef slices, 100g pickled cabbage, 1 tomato

    Excipients:

    3 slices of ginger, 1 green onion, 2 green and red peppers each, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, appropriate amount of garlic, salt, pepper, white sugar, white sesame seeds, and chicken essence

    Production steps:

    Prepare materials:
    Prepare all the main ingredients and auxiliary ingredients, wash and slice them for later use.


    1. A box of chilled beef, or fresh beef cut into thin slices, marinated with cooking wine, salt and pepper for a while and set aside.


    2 sauerkraut, cut tomatoes into cubes, slice ginger, and cut green onions into sections. (You can also add pickled fish seasoning)


    3. Heat the pan, sauté the ginger slices and green onions until fragrant, add the tomatoes and pickled cabbage and stir-fry until the soup is ready.


    4. Add appropriate amount of water, add marinated beef slices, and cook until the beef changes color.


    5. Add vinegar, salt, sugar and chicken essence to taste.


    6. Finally, sprinkle with minced ginger and garlic, green and red pepper rings, and white sesame seeds, then pour in hot oil and serve.


    Precautions:
    The heat should be moderate and should not be overheated or oily to prevent the ingredients from being burnt.
    Fatty beef should not be cooked for too long as it will taste stale.
