New Year’s Eve dinner recipe-Beef stew with potatoes
500g beef cubes, 3 potatoes cut into cubes, 1 onion cut into cubes, 3 ginger slices, 1 green onion cut into sections
Prepare all the main ingredients and auxiliary ingredients, and cut the beef into pieces
1.Wash the beef pieces and cut into pieces and set aside. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into pieces. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
