All frozen produce is only available for in-store pickup or local same-day delivery. Mailing is not recommended. If this is not a concern, please indicate this when placing your order.

We use insulated bags and food-grade ice packs for frozen produce to minimize damage during shipping. If damage persists, no refunds or compensation will be given. Customers bear all shipping risks. Yachao Online declines any responsibility for any related after-sales service.
