年夜饭菜谱 -年年有余(清蒸鲈鱼)

主料:

鲈鱼 1条  3片 葱 2根

    辅料:

    料酒 适量, 盐 适量 ,食用油 适量 ,蒸鱼豉油 

    制作步骤:

    准备材料:
    将主料和辅料准备齐全,洗净切片备用。


    1.将鲈鱼去鳞、去内脏,用盐和料酒擦拭鱼身。


    2.在鱼身两面各切三刀,姜切丝,葱切末备用。


    3.在蒸鱼盘中放入少许食用油,放入姜丝和葱末。


    4.把处理好的鲈鱼放在蒸鱼盘上,上面再撒一些姜丝和葱末。
    锅里放水,开大火,水开后转小火蒸7-8分钟,待鱼熟透。


    5鱼蒸熟后,撒上蒸鱼豉油,即可食用。

    注意事项:
    新鲜的鱼要处理干净,如有冰鲜会更方便。
