New Year's Eve Dinner Recipe - Abundance Every Year (Steamed Sea Bass)

Main ingredients:
1 sea bass, 3 slices of ginger , 2 scallions
Additional ingredients:
Cooking wine ( as needed), salt (as needed), cooking oil (as needed), steamed fish soy sauce ( as needed).

Prepare materials:
Prepare all the main and auxiliary ingredients, wash and slice them for later use.
1. Remove the scales and entrails from the sea bass, and rub the fish with salt and cooking wine.
2. Make three cuts on each side of the fish, slice the ginger into strips, and mince the scallions.
3. Put a little cooking oil in the steaming plate, then add shredded ginger and chopped green onions.
4. Place the prepared sea bass on a steaming plate, and sprinkle some shredded ginger and chopped green onions on top.
Put water in a pot, turn on high heat, and after the water boils, turn to low heat and steam for 7-8 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
5. After the fish is steamed, sprinkle with steamed fish soy sauce and it is ready to eat.
Precautions:
Fresh fish should be cleaned thoroughly; chilled fish would be even easier to prepare.
